The 2022 runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend in Disney World is quickly approaching!

The Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend will take place on February 24th-27th in 2022, with races themed to Mulan, Cinderella, Moana, and Tiana. Recently, Disney shared a FIRST LOOK at the medals racers will be able to snag and, because this marathon will take place during Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration, the runDisney medals will shine with an EARidescent shimmer. Let’s take a look!
Runners who complete the Disney Princess 5K will be rewarded with a 5K medal featuring Cinderella running in her ball gown.

The Disney Enchanted 10K runners will receive a medal starring a running Tiana with a sparkly EARidescent background.

The runners of the Disney Princess Half Marathon will get the medal below featuring Mulan sprinting like a warrior.

And if you complete the Fairy Tale Challenge by running in both the Disney Princess Enchanted 10K and the Half Marathon, you’ll get a medal with Moana happily running along with you!

There’s limited availability for registration for the runDisney Princess Half Marathon at this time, and there are still some openings for select Virtual Races for those who can’t get to Disney World. We’ll keep an eye out for more runDisney news, so keep reading DFB for all the latest updates!
