They have THE WORST customer service on the face of the planet. I will never buy ColourPop online through them directly again. I will go to Ulta instead and if it’s sold out, I don’t need it. They refused to replace something that the tracking showed was clearly lost. After a month of back and forth, them, USPS, and BBB, they finally reshipped the order. There are SO MANY people in the same situation, they even made a FB group for this reason. It’s sad the company is so shady. You can read BBB for examples.
