We’re getting closer and closer to winter in Disney World, and that means we’ve said goodbye to some of the more intense heat in Orlando.
If you’re spending some time in Disney World next week, you’ve probably got packing on the brain. We’re here to help! We’re taking you through a weather update so that you know EXACTLY what to toss in that bag.
Weather Forecast
This week is going to have some beautifully mild temperatures with just a little bit of rain. We’ve had a nice run of weather over the past few weeks, so it’s nice to see that the trend is continuing.
According to The Weather Channel, we are going to see those cooler evenings, so keep in mind that you’ll probably want an extra layer of warmth available for the cooler hours!
November 15th
Monday, November 15th will bring us a pretty comfortable 71-degree high. That’s pretty cool by Florida standards! You’ll probably still be comfortable in a t-shirt during the daylight hours, but be careful once the night rolls around.
That low will slide alllllll the way down to 51 degrees. That’s chilly! Bring a sweater so that those evenings and nights don’t leave you shivering.
November 16th
The next day, November 16th, will bring us the second precipitation-free day of the week. Those temperatures are gonna be pretty similar to Monday’s with just a slight tick upward.
We love to see such beautiful temperatures and low rain chances in the forecast. Fingers crossed next week will look as beautiful as it’s expected to in the predictions.
November 17th
On Wednesday, November 17th, the high warms up just a few degrees more…
…and the low does too! As is the trend for much of this week, that chance of rain is still low, low, low. Now we’re getting up towards the 80s with that temperature so you might feel a liiiittle warm during the day.
November 18th
For Thursday, November 18th, that high stabilizes in about the same place at 78 degrees. And, here’s our rain for the week! Thursday has the highest chance of precipitation with showers predicted during the day and at night.
The low pops up a little more, landing in the mid-60s. You might be hot during the day but 64 degrees can be surprisingly chilly! So, don’t leave that layer at home.
November 19th
The week continues with almost EXACTLY the same high temperatures as the prior day on November 19th. The low does slide back down to 61 though.
Rain isn’t expected on Friday but there very well could be some showers with a 24% rain chance during the day. Remember, Florida is notorious for sudden precipitation, even when it’s not in the forecast!
November 20th
Saturday, November 20th brings us another day of those pleasantly moderate temperatures.
Here, we’re looking at a 74-degree high and a 61-degree low.
November 21st
And we’ll wrap up our week on November 21st with those temperatures sitting at a comfy and similar 77-degree high and a cooler 61-degree low.
Daylight Savings Time has kicked in, so expect your days to start around 6:55AM and end around 5:30PM. That gives you plenty of dark hours for fireworks-watching.
Overview of the Week
Here is a full overview of the week according to The Weather Channel. The temperatures are pretty stable this week. We’re mostly looking at mid-70s highs and 60s-ish lows.

How Should You Plan?
If you are headed to Disney World next week, we’ve got a few tips on how to plan for the weather!
It’s time to pack those layers!
One of our best tips for the fall in Florida is to pack layers in both your luggage AND your daily park bag. A scarf or light jacket can do WONDERS when you’re suddenly feeling a little cool.
If you DO find yourself dealing with chilly temps (or warm temps) while wearing the wrong layers, head to a nearby store. Disney is stocked with lots of weather-braving options — even if they do tend to be a little pricy.
Be prepared for anything!
We know, we know, there’s only a little rain in the forecast and you’re THRILLED that you don’t have to waste precious park bag space with a bulky poncho. But not so fast!
Florida is a fickle, fickle place when it comes to the skies and clouds can turn up seemingly out of nowhere. Any one of these days could contain an unforeseen shower, so we recommend always coming prepared for the rain!

Have a great trip and stay comfy in those temperatures! We’ll see ya right here next week for another full weather update!
