We’ve learned a LOT more about Disney World’s Galactic Starcruiser, aka the Star Wars Hotel, this week!

At this weekend’s Destination D23, we got a sneak peek at a galactic superstar coming to the hotel, saw that REAL lightsaber in action, learned more about lightsaber training, and more! We even got our first sneak peek at the kind of merchandise that will be available during the two-night interactive experience.
The Galactic Starcruiser will feature a gift shop called The Chandrila Collection, and it will be full of merchandise that won’t be branded as Star Wars because it exists IN the Star Wars universe itself. Instead, the merchandise is based on “transformation and roleplay.” So that means costumes will be on sale, as well as Star Wars-inspired galactic fashions.

That includes a shirt we got a first look at today, as modeled by Star Wars voice actress Ashley Eckstein. The shirt features “Chandrila Star Line” on the front.

The back features a keyhole design, two-button closure, and the Chandrila Star Line logo. The style of this shirt is very similar to the one worn by Emilia Clarke as Qi’ra in Solo: A Star Wars Story.

There’s also some new jewelry that will be available as part of the Galactic Starcruiser merchandise line, including this Cuff Bracelet…

We don’t have any details about pricing on merchandise yet, but as soon as we get more details, we’ll let you know! Until then, stay tuned!

That’s some of the ugliest merchandise I’ve seen from Disney yet. I’m sure it will be insanely overpriced but who would want it?
