Watch as star chefs share some of the secrets of their success, personal stories and a few of their favorite recipes.

Enjoy a delicious brunch buffet, featuring one of the chef’s dishes, along with one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, coffee, tea or water. After the demo, ticketed Guests are invited to take a photo with the visiting chef. Chefs will have additional book-signing opportunities for Guests not attending the event.

Dinner with Disney Chefs — Not confirmed for 2022

Meet the Disneyland Resort chefs and sommeliers featured in the new Disney Festivals Cookbook—and enjoy a 4-course dinner inspired by Festival recipes, reflecting cultures and cuisines from around the world.

Perfectly paired with hand-selected wine and cocktails, these 4 courses will be one delight after another, showcasing flavors, cooking techniques and beautiful presentation. Guests will be seated together for dinner and may be seated with other Guests.

Culinary Adventure Tour — Not confirmed for 2022

This spring, the Disney Culinary Adventure Tour will take epicurious guests on a walking expedition that explores the various elements necessary to create the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. This separately ticketed, 90-minute event includes a backstage visit to the Special Events Kitchen, where a guest chef demystifies the process of planning the Festival’s delectable dishes, unique offerings, and Marketplace Kiosks year after year.
