Disney Parks might get all dolled up for Halloween and Christmas in the U.S., but at Tokyo Disney Resort, Easter takes center stage! (And we have to admit, we’re a little jealous.)
This year, Tokyo Disneyland will bring back their Easter Event after a three-year hiatus, and we’re talking bunny ears, foods, merchandise and more. We’ve got all the details!
Â
For the first time in three years, Tokyo Disneyland will host a special holiday event called “Disney Easter,” which will include decorations, exclusive food and merchandise, and a returning favorite Easter parade. This event will run from April 1st to June 30th.
The parade “Usatama on the Run!” will be making a return as part of Disney Easter, and we’re so excited to see Mickey and friends back in their Easter get-ups (and, of course, those adorable little chicks too!). Fun fact: Usatama comes from the Japanese words Usagi and Tama, which mean rabbit and egg, respectively.
The parade will feature classic Disney characters as well as bunny-eared egg characters! (Seriously, that sounds like the CUTEST.) In addition, merchandise and menu items will be available with some Easter flair, and there will also be items offered with designs of Mickey and friends enjoying Easter at Tokyo Disney Resort!
This Easter spectacular will be held from April 1 to June 30, and we’re so excited thinking of all the pretty pastels and adorable bunny ears we’ll get to see! Stay tuned to DFB for more updates on this event!
