Have you ever found yourself thinking, “I want even MORE exercise” during your Disney World vacation? No? Walking 10 miles a day is enough for you? Understandable.
You can walk a LOT when you’re at Disney World, which is exhausting for a lot of people, but other people thrive off of the physical activity. For those of you that work out even when you’re on vacation, we found an activity happening in Disney Springs today that could be of interest to you — and it’s FREE!
A workout session was happening in Disney Springs this morning! This was a complimentary workout session held by Lululemon in Disney Springs as part of their March Wellness Activities.
This particular session was a High Intensity Interval Training Bootcamp with F45 Training and Meditation, lead by Warrior One Yoga.
If you missed out on this class, don’t worry! On March 25th, you can attend the complimentary yoga class Lululemon is hosting here from 9AM to 10AM. If you want to attend, you can register right now on the Disney Springs website.
Recently, a yoga session took place in front of Cinderella Castle for the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. That session was NOT free and took place before the sun came up!
Another one of these early yoga sessions is actually happening during the runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend, but it is currently sold out. Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney World news and updates!
