Hello again from the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, or EPCOT as we like to call it.

There’s so much change happening all the time in this park (have you checked out our guide to the EPCOT transformation?) that it can be hard to keep up. Luckily, we’re in the parks every single day checking out everything new there is to see and do, so let’s take a look!

EPCOT Construction Updates

Moana: Journey of Water

Over in the World Nature neighborhood of the park, a crane has moved in to move some larger structural pieces into place — we’re finally getting to see some buildings take shape!

We can’t tell exactly what structure is being built here, but you can be sure we’ll be checking back for updates!

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

We already got one huge update about this new attraction — it’s opening on May 27th, 2022! We also spotted something exciting down on the ground in front of the Wonders of Xandar Pavilion: new galactic and futuristic themed designs!

Connections Café

While we know Connections Café will be opening sometime this spring, the exact opening date remains a secret. For now, we’re counting down the days until we can finally get our Starbucks fix at this quick-service location.

EPCOT Merchandise Updates

Creations Shop

The 50th Anniversary Celebrations are still going strong over in the Creations Shop, as the new 50th Anniversary Golden EARidescent Loungefly Backpack has arrived!

It features Minnie’s classic bow and ears all covered in EARidescent gold sequins, with royal blue accents. You can get it for $110!

Speaking of golden EARidescent sequins, there’s a matching pair of ears as well. Pick up the matching ears for $34.99.

Calling all Orange Bird fans! This adorable little statue is just begging to be placed on your desk, as a daily reminder for you to “think orange.”

You can take it home for $25.

Art of Disney

Who says the EPCOT Festival of the Arts is over? Celebrate all year long with these adorable prints we spotted at Art of Disney. First up is the Mickey and Figment Print…

… and we also found an Orange Bird Print!

Each print is available for $40.

Port of Entry

There’s a new Flower and Garden merchandise collection over at Port of Entry! It features blue floral accents, like on the Blue Mickey and Minnie Cardigan for $59.99…

… the Floral Button Down Shirt for $59.99…

… this super fun Floral Skirt for $79.99…

… and there’s also a new straw hat for $29.99…

… and a blue floppy sun hat for $29.99!

We also spotted a new mug featuring the 2022 Flower and Garden logo, with Mickey and Minnie too!

It’s available for $22.99.

Germany Pavilion

There’s a fancy 50th Anniversary Bear on display in the Germany Pavilion, that appears to be on sale for $350 if you’re interested.

We probably wouldn’t recommend letting this become your kiddos next favorite bedtime stuffed animal, though.

Festival Marketplace

Some new Flower and Garden merchandise has arrived at the Festival Market booth near the Mexico Pavilion! There’s the Figment Beets Shirt for $29.99…
