We don’t know about you, but caffeine is basically its own essential food group in our diet. When you’re walking all over the place and waking up at the crack of dawn, a little boost of energy is critical to success in Disney World. If you’re looking for a little coffee in the Disney parks and resorts, there are two main suppliers: Joffrey’s Coffee and Starbucks.
Starbucks Nitro Cold Brew
There are TONS of places to grab a coffee in Disney World. There’s a Starbucks in every Disney park and multiple Joffrey’s locations all over Disney World. Recently, we noticed something interesting going on at one of Disney World’s most popular Starbucks locations, and it might signal a looming closure. Let’s take a look!
The Traveler’s Cafe is home to the Starbucks location in EPCOT. You can find this little cafe right in the World Showcase, and depending on the time of day, the line might extend past the cafe! (Breaking news: people like coffee😉 )

We noticed that the Traveler’s Cafe page was updated on the Disney World website. As of April 17th, 2022, Disney lists the normal operating hours. But the next day…

…the Disney World website shows “No times available” on April 18th, 2022. After a little more digging around, it seems like the Traveler’s Cafe will close indefinitely.

Every day after April 17th, the calendar shows “No times available” for the Traveler’s Cafe. Disney has not given any official statements on the fate of this Starbucks location, but we’ve got some good news for Starbucks lovers.

The Connections Cafe & Eatery in EPCOT will soon serve as the new Starbucks location in Disney World! We’re still waiting on an official opening date for this new food and beverage location; any predictions? Now that we know that the Traveler’s Cafe is closing on April 18th, its replacement might take over soon!

Regarding Starbucks/EPCOT and new location…..sounds like Connections will serve Starbucks coffee/products but won’t be able to earn points. That doesn’t make me happy..
