And, we can totally see why — the cookies are HUGE, weighing almost half a pound and covered in things like chocolate chips (like seriously, the most chocolate chips you’ve probably EVER seen on a cookie!). They also have ginormous pieces of cake and some very delicious coffees. We’re a fan of their classic staples like the original chocolate chip and peanut butter crunch, but they also bring in new and exclusive flavors each month to add to the excitement. So, let’s check out what flavors we can expect from Gideon’s in June!
The White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie is coming BACK to Gideon’s this month! It’s homemade salted caramel baked right into their standard White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie.
Gideon’s recently brought its Rainbow Crunch Cake to stores every Friday so that Pride can be celebrated all year long, but as June is Pride Month, you can get the colorful cake EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This cake is a scratch-made 3-Layer Vanilla Confetti Cake covered with multi-colored Marshmallow Buttercream and laced with mega crunchy Rainbow Crumbs!

These limited edition items are available all month at Gideon’s in Disney Springs, but they CAN sell out each day, so there is a limit of two per paying guest. This month, Gideon’s will also have Pride Shirts…

…Stickers, and Pins! Gargoyle Pride is returning with a new design that you can enjoy on the shirt or sticker and their popular Pride Pin is back with a new color variation. These items sold out VERY fast last year, so don’t wait to grab them! They’re available in stores and online.

In other cake news, the Red Velvet Cake Slice is returning to the menu lineup this month, and Gideon’s is also posting their cake slice release schedule for the first time (which is on their Instagram), but it is subject to change without notice.

I think I may have said tis before, but I would never get any of those pride treats because they have so much food dye in them. I never eat red velvet cake for the same reason.
