We’re still waiting on a launch date for an exciting new service — MagicBand+!
MagicBand+
MagicBand+ will give guests the classic MagicBand functionality, as well as new experiences, like the ability to interact with 50th-Anniversary statues, or the opportunity to become a Bounty Hunter in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! But, if you’re not looking to upgrade to MagicBand+ when it releases, that’s totally fine! Your classic MagicBand will still work around Disney World. So, if you’re looking to add a new, exclusive classic MagicBand to your collection, or just distract yourself from the fact that we’re still waiting on MagicBand+ news, check out the new MagicBands we found in EPCOT today!
We found these new additions at Creations Shop in EPCOT! And, if you’re a fan of the new Lightyear movie, you’ll want to see the MagicBand inspired by the movie! The box for the MagicBand gives major galactic vibes, and includes the iconic “To Infinity and Beyond” line.

Now, about the MagicBand! It’s a black band covered in stars, has a blue center, and features logos and icons from the movie. If you’re looking to grab this piece of galactic gear, it’s $39, and has a limited edition size of 5,100!

Now, onto the God of Thunder himself, Thor! In honor of his upcoming movie, Thor: Love and Thunder, you can grab this new Thor MagicBand for $39. This box also has some interesting designs, featuring the movie’s logo…

…as well as a design of Thor and Jane with “For Asgard!” written on the bottom.

So when exactly are we going to be able to get the magic band +? I keep hearing soon…. Soon it won’t be worth getting ‘cause the 50th anniversary will be over and the statues will be gone. Disney should not advertise something until they are ready to launch it. So disappointing
