The Disney Wish is the newest ship in Disney Cruise Line’s fleet, and we got to check it all out!
We’ve already shown you a look at some of the restaurants on the ship, as well as the merchandise exclusive to the Wish. We took you along as we explored the ship, from the Star Wars bar to the staterooms, but now, we want to show you all of the spas and salons aboard the Wish!
Senses Spa
The Senses Spa is located on Deck 5 of the ship and is adult only. The whole spa is considered the Rainforest experience, which is seen on other Disney Cruise Line ships but has been completely reimagined for the Disney Wish!
You have to pay separate entry to go into the spa if you don’t already have a spa treatment booked — you can buy a day pass to use the spa without a spa treatment.
The space is beautiful inside, with greens and other earthy tones, as well as a ton of foliage.
There are many places to sit and relax…
…as well as special sensory spa showers around the space.
There are also locker rooms for guests to use.
And some drink stations!
Unique to the ship is Disney Cruise Line’s first ever ice lounge for thermal therapies, plus other treatments like heated ergonomic loungers. There are also multiple different rooms to use like the sauna…
…steam room…
…and frigidarium, or the cold room.
So, there are a lot of options to relax!
Senses Fitness
The Senses Spa is also connected to Senses Fitness which is the gym on the ship.
There are a ton of different machines you can use in here from treadmills…
…to weights…
…and more.
There’s even a cycling room.
There are also some towels nearby and a drink station.
Now, let’s go outside!
Outdoor Oasis
The Outdoor Oasis at Senses Spa offers a dedicated outdoor relaxation space that features whirlpool spas, loungers, and lots of open space for activities like yoga!
The Oasis is an extension of the signature Rainforest experience offered on Disney Cruise Line.
There are so many places to lounge around outside.
The deck area also has some hot tubs!
Talk about a nice space to relax at.
Untangled Salon
Also available onboard the Wish is the Untangled Salon! Guess who it’s themed after?
That’s right, Rapunzel! And you’ll find a ton of details for the princess in here.
This is a full-service salon that offers haircuts, styling, manicures, pedicures, teeth whitening, and skin treatments.
It has touches that are reminiscent of the movie throughout the salon like with the golden flower, lanterns, and touches of purple and gold.
There is even some pretty gold drink ware on one of the tables!
The space has flowers holding back the curtains.
So, if you need a manicure or want your hair done, this is the place to go.
Hook’s Barbery
Hook’s Barbery is a full service barber shop on the Disney Wish inspired by Peter Pan and Captain Hook.
The space has a ton of details — it’s way cooler than your average barber shop!
Hook’s Barbery has dark woods and leather, and small touches from Peter Pan like a hook, a map of Neverland, and even a visit from Tinker Bell!
As far as services offered, at Hook’s Barbery you can get haircuts, shaves, nail care, and skincare.
Plus, at this location, you’ll find a hidden bar that’s stocked with pre-Prohibition drinks like bourbons, vintage whisky and port, aged rum, and premium spirits.
There’s a great seating area as well!
So, if you need a little trim while you’re at sea, Hook has got you covered!
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, similar to the other locations on Disney Cruise Line ships and in the theme parks, is a spot where kids can get transformed into their favorite Disney characters!
Here’s a look at some of the transformations…
…and the pricing for services.
The salon features lots of wood detailing, chandeliers, and details from the movie Cinderella.
There are a BUNCH of different outfits to choose from, too!
Your little one will feel like royalty after this, that’s for sure.
Here’s a look at another Cinderella detail!
Salons and spas aren’t the only way to relax on the Wish, there are lots of other unique offerings available onboard Disney’s newest cruise ship! In addition to a Marvel and Frozen-themed dining experience, there is also the AquaMouse, which is the very first Disney attraction at sea, if you’d rather relax with a little more excitement!
There are also several shows on board as well as some exclusive bars and lounges, like the Hyperspace Lounge!
We’ll be bringing you more details about the Disney Wish, so make sure to stay tuned to DFB for the latest information!
