Are you ever curious about how much money Disney as a company is making?
It costs a lot of money to run a company that owns multiple streaming platforms, theme parks all over the world, and movie and television studios, among many other things. But, Disney does make a profit, which they share during an earnings call 4 times each year. And now, we know when the next call will be taking place!
The Walt Disney Company’s Quarter 3 earnings call will take place on Wednesday, August 10th, at 4:30PM ET. The call will happen via a live audio webcast, as the other calls have in the past.
During these earnings calls, we usually get some insight from Disney executives about how the company is doing. For example, Disney CEO Bob Chapek in the past has commented on Genie+, the Park Pass Reservation System, and more. We also typically get an updated subscriber count for Disney+. And, announcements can be made during these calls as well, so it’s important to listen closely!
Last earnings call we learned about how inflation is impacting the parks, what availability looks like for the Star Wars Hotel, what guests are spending in the parks, and more.
We’ll be listening to the call and breaking down any and all news that happens during it, so make sure to stay tuned to DFB for more.
