There are a lot of incredible dining spots in Disney Springs, but Wine Bar George is one of our favorites!
Wine Bar George is known for having over 130 different wine options, along with a delicious selection of small and shareable plates, and you can stop by the restaurant to eat lunch or dinner on weekdays and brunch on weekends. And we have good news — there are three NEW menu additions to try!
If you’re interested in trying something other than Wine Bar George‘s classic Saganaki on Fire or House-Made Meatballs, why not try something new? Now available on the lunch and dinner small plates menu is the Miso Roasted Vidalia Onion for $11. It’s made with Calabrian chilis and crispy quinoa.
You can also get the Seasonal Salad for $11, made with peaches, bacon, pecorino, and grilled onion vinaigrette. This salad is also available for lunch and dinner.
And the Pan Roasted Niman Ranch Pork Ribeye is available as an entree during dinner only. You can order it for $36 and it comes with tomato, exotic mushrooms, leek broth, and chicharrones.
If you can’t get a reservation for Wine Bar George, you can also check out The Basket for the counter service version of Wine Bar George! Grab a sandwich, a small plate, some wine, and more.

Took your advice and ate there earlier this month. I was disappointed with the very limited menu selections if you were single. I got the meatballs and beets. The beets were wonderful, I just about licked the plate. The meatballs were awful. The waitress shared that they put ground salami in them. I guess it was someone’s idea of a great meatball, but not mine. And the wine was excellent. Glad to see they are adding to the menu, but too late for me.
