When it comes to unique concepts, Disney World restaurants often push the envelope.
One of the most unique dining experiences is at Space 220 in EPCOT, where guests take a space elevator to the Centauri Space Station to have a drink or some small bites in the lounge or have a full meal, all surrounded by the beauty of space. The restaurant even has its own line of collectible trading cards that come with every kid’s meal, kid’s drink, or with any of the “zero-proof” cocktails on the menu. Soon, three NEW cards will be available.
Each detail on the collectible cards from Space 220 has a special meaning — every series of cards are named after a planet with six cards in each series. Each series also includes a rare Tech-Specs card that is stamped with blue foil ink and gives details about current and future space technology.
The three NEW cards are being released in honor of Space 220’s one-year anniversary at EPCOT on September 20th. The cards are Saturn…
…Jupiter…
…and Mars!
So be sure to look for those the next time you dine there. Note that you will need to grab an advance dining reservation for either the Space 220 Lounge or Restaurant as there is very limited walk-up availability, so try to nab that 60 days from the first day of your Disney World vacation. This is one reservation that can be hard to get!
