I could spend hours wandering around Germany’s Christmas Shop just staring at the gorgeous and delicate glass ornaments there. But my favorites are always the food-themed ones (natch!), and I found a few new ones for you this year!
Located just beyond Karamell-Küche, this spot is full-on Christmas 365 days a year. We’ve highlighted a few food ornaments at this shop before, and I can’t wait to show you some awesome new additions for your German Food Tree (which I totally know you have).
To round out your collection, how about a bottle of glühwein, a foamy mug of beer, or an elegant beer glass? And seriously…have you ever seen a bratwurst on a Christmas tree? If you’ve been dreaming of the day, it’s here, my friends.
This little teddy bear has a soft pretzel as big as his head.
As it should be.
I’m not sure what the message of this silver stein emblazoned with a red heart is. “I heart beer?” Sounds legit.
Whatever it means, the foamy head escaping from below the lid, and the glitter touches make this another winner.
And I think this is practically a must have Epcot souvenir! Who doesn’t love those incredible German pretzels? And look at the glass rock salt flecks! This one will bring a smile to your face every time you pass it.
There’s just something about glass art and food… 😉
Happy Holidays everyone!
What about you — have you found a spot on your tree for one of these amazing ornaments? Which is your favorite?

I love those blown glass ornaments. And these folks are so clever.
Merry Christmas, AJ, to you and all of your elves at the DFB – it’s been a great year on the Disney food front.

Don’t forget the pickle!

Aydin — The pickle is always there, of course! 🙂
Alan — Merry Christmas to you as well; thank you so much for all of your support here!

AJ, Is the ornaments just around for Christmas? I remember a christmas store in one of the worlds, but wasn’t sure if it was in Germany or if these ornaments would be around in April. I have a cousin who lived in Germany for several years and I would love to pick her up a couple of ornaments, when our family visits Disney in March-April. Thanks! 🙂
AJ says
Henrietta — Yes! The store and ornaments are there year round in Germany!

I recently visited EPCOT and while in the shops saw many things I would have liked to purchase but would not travel in my luggage very well. Do any of these store have an online store to purchase these items from? I eagerly await your advice.
