Hello from Magic Kingdom!
We’ve been making our way around the park gathering the latest updates on food, merchandise, construction, and more. There are so many exciting things in the works at the park including the new TRON coaster that is opening next spring (we’ve got updates on that below)! So come along as we show you the latest updates from Magic Kingdom!

Magic Kingdom Food Updates
Gaston’s Tavern
If anyone has been visiting Gaston’s Tavern since the 50th anniversary celebrations began, you’ll know that they have a dome cake! We’ve seen Donald and Goofy cakes, but now it’s Pluto’s time to shine!
The Pluto Dome Cake is a gluten-friendly peanut butter mousse with a chocolate ganache center on top of a chocolate flourless cake for $8.29. Check out our full thoughts below!

Cheshire Cafe
Over at Cheshire Cafe, we tried the new Twinkle Twinkle Little Bat Slush!
This is made of a frozen grape drink topped with whipped cream and a chocolate umbrella for $5.99. This one kinda reminded us of medicine, but we do think kids would enjoy how sweet it is!

Pinocchio Village Haus
This next snack packs a PUNCH. It’s the Berbere Chickpea Flatbread from Pinocchio Village Haus! This isn’t any regular pizza — it’s made with spiced hummus, tomato, and red onion drizzled with coriander-chutney dressing. Grab this pizza for $12.29!
We also tried the new Coffee-Brazilian Nut Cake for $6.19.Â
This cake was made with flavors of Brazil with passion fruit curd and milk chocolate mousse. Read our full review below!

Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
TRON Coaster
Looking forward to the TRON coaster? Well, construction is coming along! On one of our recent visits, we saw several people working on the ground leading up to the coaster.
A few days later
As a reminder, TRON Lightcycle Run will open sometime in the spring of 2023!
Tomorrowland Light & Power Co.
Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. (also known as the Space Mountain gift shop) remains closed. Not much has changed since our last visit, but it is likely not opening anytime soon due to all of the scaffolding staying up!
It is currently closed for refurbishments and Disney has not announced a reopening date.
Main Street Firehouse
If you’re walking by the Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A., check out the new posters near the entrance!
The posters are welcoming guests to the firehouse!

If you’re hoping to get personalized ears, that may be harder right now — the plain black Mickey ears are currently missing!
You can usually purchase these ears and have personalized messages on them, but on our recent visits, they have been unavailable
Main Street Window
Halloween decor has been around for a while now, but there’s a new Halloween detail to look for!
