2023 marks the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company, and Disney is celebrating in a BIG way!
Beginning in January 2023, Disneyland will kick off the 100 Years of Wonder celebration with all kinds of special surprises, including new decor and character costumes in Disneyland Resort, merchandise, and more, and one airline is joining in on the celebration with a new look!
Japan Airlines just revealed a special Disney design in celebration of 100 years of the Walt Disney Company! The Jal Dream Express Disney100 Boeing 767-300ER aircraft will be available for domestic flights beginning on December 6th, 2022, and it will be in operation until February 2024.
This plane features a colorful dual-sided Disney design with some of your favorite Disney characters, including Mickey, Minnie, Stitch, Jasmine, Woody, Elsa, and Ariel!
The plane’s seats will feature special headrest covers with Disney character designs, which is a nice touch!
Passengers will also receive one of nine different Disney character cups…
…and stickers too, with seven different designs you could receive.
And while flying, passengers can connect to the in-flight Wi-Fi and access five different digital photo frame effects via the JAL FLIGHT FUN! app.
This isn’t the first time that Japan Airlines has released a Disney-themed aircraft design, with the most recent look celebrating the 80th anniversary of Fantasia, back in 2020.
