Pins and Lanyards

Starting off strong, we found a ton of 2023 pins available in EPCOT’s World Showcase!

The first pin, the Mickey Mouse and Friends Spinner Pin 2023,
features our pals Mickey, Pluto, Donald, and Goofy with Cinderella Castle in the middle and a banner reading 2023 at the top.

The next pin is a Disney Villains 2023 pin featuring Cinderella Castle and Hades, The Evil Queen, Ursula, Maleficent, Scar, and Cruella De Ville at the top.

There’s also a 2023 pin that features Mickey on his own with the park icons behind him!

Edna Mode is on a 2023 pin too! She stands in front of Cinderella Castle with the words “Ride. Snack. Be Super.” below her.

Stitch ALSO has his own 2023 pin, where fireworks explode above the park icons and monorail behind him.

Disney also has a Mickey Mouse and Friends Pin Trading Booster Set 2023. Included are six pins, each featuring a different classic character and the year.

Another set that’s perfect for those just beginning their pin trading journey, the Mickey Mouse and Friends Pin Trading Starter Set 2023 can also commemorate this exciting new hobby!

We also spotted a 2023 Lanyard in EPCOT that features the year all along the neck strap. The bottom of the lanyard is a light-up clear Mickey icon that has the year on the ears and some of our favorite Disney pals. We’re assuming these will likely be very popular on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day if they’re available, so if you’d like to grab one, we suggest snagging it sooner rather than later!

You can also grab the 2023 Lanyard Pouch over at Disney’s Riviera Resort as well! These lanyards are great for keeping your cash or cards safe from rain, water from a ride, or from just getting lost in the hustle and bustle of a Disney day.

Ornaments

The first 2023 Ornament we spotted is blue with Mickey and Minnie on top and 2023 with park icons on the front and Goofy, Donald, Chip ‘n’ Dale, Daisy, and Pluto on the back. The Mickey and Minnie Mouse Icon Glass Ball Ornament is a great trip memento!

This Disney take on the classic round ornament is finished in a metallic blue. This is the Disney World version, but you can buy a Disneyland version online too. You can get this on shopDisney for $26.99.

And the second ornament we found also stars Mickey and Minnie on an ear hat, with the park icons on each side of the ears. We found both of these ornaments at Mickey’s of Hollywood at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

We just saw a new Skyliner ornament!

Mickey and Minnie are cruising along in this 2023 Skyliner car. If the Skyliner is your favorite mode of Disney transport, go get one of these ornaments for $19.99.

We also spotted these frame ornaments, so you can add your own memories to them! Mickey waves hello from the top, and the icons for each park are displayed on the ears.

Apparel and Accessories

Disney released their first pair of 2023 ears! The Minnie Mouse Ear Headband – Disney Parks 2023 are in the same color scheme as the other 2023 merch and feature some bright shades!

The puffy polka dot bow sits between two clear ears filled with starry blue confetti and covered in the Fantasyland castle and fireworks. The year is embroidered on the cushioned headband. You can get this online for $34.99.

We just spotted this 2023 zip-up hoodie to add to your collection of apparel.

Mickey and Minnie are featured on the front holding up the numbers 2 and 3 with their fingers! And on the back …

… they’re there again! The back also includes the castle as well as the Walt Disney World logo. This hoodie isn’t currently listed on shopDisney, but you can get it in the parks for $64.99.

We did see a new hoodie for kids online though! This Mickey Mouse and Friends Zip Hoodie for Kids is a gray zip-up with a kangaroo pocket and hood. The front has Mickey in front of the year with bright fireworks!

On the back, Mickey and his friends are featured above the Disneyland logo. Mickey and Minnie are holding up the numbers “two” and “three”! Get this on shopDisney for $39.99.

Collectibles

We’ve spotted a fair few collectibles that are cropping up around the parks. The first is this baseball, which you could display along other 2023 merch or use as, well, a baseball!

Mickey is seen lounging in front of the castle with the 2023 numbers displayed.

Around the baseball you’ll see names of different characters, each in their own unique font. We haven’t seen this item on shopDisney yet, so for the time being the only place you can find it is in the parks for $12.99.

If you’re looking for something more traditional, check out this Mickey plush!

This 11″ plush is a standard Mickey with a few fun details. First, he is carrying a pennant with the year on it to go with the theme of the 2023 merch. He also has embroidered sparkles and fireworks on his ears! Get this little guy in the parks for $24.99, or from shopDisney for the same price.

Do you like to collect magnets from the places you’ve been? If you are looking for a new Disney option, you’re in luck!

This looks just like the spinner pin Disney is selling, but in magnet form. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy are all included on this fun design!

To really drive home the theming for 2023, they even created a plush out of the pennant!
