We’re in the thick of the holiday season in Disney World, and there are ways to celebrate almost wherever you go!
You can check out Festival of the Holidays in EPCOT, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom, or the awesome gingerbread displays in the resorts. It’s about to be the week before Christmas, which means the parks get BUSY. So, if you’re in Disney World next week, you need to know what the hours are for the parks AND park availability. So, let’s take a look!
Magic Kingdom Park Hours
We’re starting in Magic Kingdom, where on December 19th, 21st, 23rd, and 24th the park will be open from 9AM to 11PM. On December 18th, 20th, and 22nd, Magic Kingdom will be open from 8AM to 6PM due to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, which runs from 7PM to 12AM on those dates.
On December 21st, Extended Evening Hours (for qualifying Disney World Resort hotel guests) are scheduled from 11PM to 1AM.
EPCOT Park Hours
EPCOT will be open from 9AM to 9:30PM from December 18th to the 24th.
Extended Evening Hours will take place on December 19th from 9:30PM to 11:30PM.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park Hours
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is open from 8:30AM to 9PM all week.
Extended Evening Hours will take place on December 22nd from 9PM to 11PM.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park Hours
And Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be open from 8AM to 7PM on December 18th, 19th, and 22nd. On December 20th & 21st, the park will be open from 9AM to 7PM. And, on December 23rd & 24th, the park will be open from 8AM to 8PM.
Now, let’s check out the availability of Park Passes next week!
Park Pass Reservation Availability
The Disney World Park Pass availability calendar is divided by theme park tickets, resort hotels, and Annual Passes. For visitors with Theme Park Tickets, both Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are booked up for December 19th. Then, only Magic Kingdom is full for December 18th and 21st.
If you’re staying at a Disney World hotel, the availability is the same as it is with the theme park tickets. Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are booked up for December 19th. Then, only Magic Kingdom is full for December 18th and 21st.
If you’re a Disney World Annual Passholder you have a different calendar of park pass availability. Next week, the Incredi-Pass has no blockout dates with full park availability.
Sorcerer Passholders are completely blocked out for next week in Disney World.
If you have the Pirate Pass you also are completely blocked out…
…and the Pixie Dust Pass is the same — blocked out for the entire week.
And that’s what you need to know about Disney World’s park hours and Park Pass availability for next week!
