Actor Jeremy Renner was hospitalized on Sunday after being involved in an accident.
He is reportedly in “critical but stable condition” with injuries from a “weather-related accident while plowing snow” earlier on Sunday.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hawkeye star Jeremy Renner is being treated for injuries after a snow-plowing accident that took place on Sunday. A representative for Renner shared, “We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather-related accident while plowing snow earlier today. His family is with him, and he is receiving excellent care.”
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office near Reno, Nevada, was called to the Renner residence on Sunday morning, per public information officer Kristin Vietti.
She went on to share that “Upon arrival, deputies coordinated with Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District and REMSA Health to arrange for medical transport of Mr. Jeremy Renner via care flight to a local area hospital.” She continued, “Mr. Renner was the only involved party.”
Renner made his debut as Hawkeye in Marvel’s Thor in 2011, and has continued to play the role in multiple Avengers films and even his own series on Disney+, Hawkeye.
