We’re trying ALLLLL the snacks in Disney World!
For the entire month of February, Disney is celebrating Black History Month with their Celebrate Soulfully event. Part of this event includes tons of new snacks being introduced into the Disney parks, and we’re on a mission to try them all. So come over to Animal Kingdom with us to try a drink we’re REALLY excited about!
Over at Dawa Bar, Restarauntosaurus Lounge, and Thirsty River Bar, you can grab the Mint Julep for $13.50 until February 28th! We saw this drink last year and it we were impressed, so how does it hold up?
This drink is made with Bacardi rum, simple syrup, and mint topped with ginger beer. This drink is SUPER strong, so beware, because it can get to you faster than you think.
All the flavors mix very well together, and the mint makes the drink a vibrant green when mixed. If you’re a mint fan, you’ll likely love this, as it also helps mask the alcohol flavor. If you don’t like mint, we suggest staying far away from this one!
Looking for more treats to try? You can also try a new Soul Cupcake at Flame Tree Barbeque, or you can head outside of DAK, and grab some of the delicious snacks hiding around at some of the resorts. As always, stay tuned to DFB for all the latest Disney snack reviews!
