Things are constantly changing in Disneyland — it’s all part of Walt Disney’s original dream for the parks.
New rides open, new lands arrive, and park policies change. When Disneyland re-introduced park hopping after its extended closure, guests could not park hop until after 1PM. Well, we’ve got some big news — you can now park hop EARLIER in Disneyland.
Disneyland now allows guests to park hop between Disneyland and California Adventure at 11AM. However, note that guests must have either a Magic Key Pass or Park Hopper ticket to cross between the two parks.
Part of the appeal of park hopping in Disneyland is just how easy it is — the two parks are right across from each other! That certainly makes it easier than park hopping in Disney World, where you need to hop onto some form of transportation to park hop because the parks are so far apart. You will also need a park pass reservation for the first park you visit that day.
So if you’re heading to Disneyland, be sure to remember that you DON’T have to wait as long to park hop! We’ll also keep you updated about any other changes that happen in Disneyland AND Disney World, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for more.
