We’ve been watching the progress of Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Disney’s Hollywood Studios for quite a while now.

The restaurant is set to open on March 23rd, 2o23, and while that date is still a little bit away, you can start making reservations to dine at this new spot right now!
That’s right! Right now, you can head to your My Disney Experience app or the Walt Disney World website for Roundup Rodeo BBQ and make a reservation for dates starting March 23rd.
Remember you can make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance (except those staying at Disney World Resort Hotels can make reservations for the length of their stay up to a 10-night stay at the 60-day mark).

To make a reservation on the website, visit the Roundup Rodeo BBQ page, hit “check availability,” log into your Disney account, and search for the dates/times you want.

On many dates, Disney was already showing no availability, but there was some availability on other dates, so you’ll want to check around (and keep checking back for updates).

On the My Disney Experience app, you’ll search for the Roundup Rodeo BBQ page, hit “reserve dining,” and then search for availability.
Your dining experience will take place in a new play area Andy created for his toys. Diners will sit at western playsets while “rodeo festivities” happen all around.

Note that Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a table service restaurant so reservations are HIGHLY recommended. Be sure to grab your reservations sooner rather than later. We expect this place will be a very popular spot and reservations could fill up quickly.

Just so everyone is aware, all dining reservations for Roundup BBQ are gone up to April 24, the last day can book unless you are staying on property. These go quick! I was lucky to secure our dinner reservation on March 29 before the After Hours party. I can’t wait to try this new restaurant out! I hope the dining reviews before we go are positive. 😂
If anyone cannot get a reservation we recommend they keep checking because people can and do cancel their reservations, especially when it gets closer to the date. We’re not sure yet if they will allow a walk-up waitlist, but we are also keeping an eye on that.
