Part of the fun of EPCOT’s festivals is trying out all the seasonal food and drinks!
For some of us though, finding food and drink that we can eat and enjoy can be difficult. If you’re part of the gluten-free gang at Disney, you’re not alone! We hunt for gluten-free snacks for you guys so that you never have to go hungry or miss out on the magical food at Disney World.
Disney released the menu for the 2023 International Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT, and there are quite a few gluten-free options! While there are plenty more plant-based options available, these are the ones approved for gluten and wheat allergies. Without further adieu, let’s hop right into it!
