We hope you packed your stretchy pants.
That’s right — the 2023 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially begun! We’ve got TONS of food booths with tasty items to try, not to mention beautiful topiaries to see, merchandise to shop, and concerts to check out. But first, we’re heading over to Refreshment Outpost to see what they’re serving up for the fest this year!
Menu
You’ll find all returning items at Refreshment Outpost this time around, but that doesn’t mean we’re not checking them out!
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
The Pineapple Skewer with Tajin Seasoning has returned for another year! This is a speared pineapple topped with spicy and sour Tajin seasoning. If you love sweet and sour, this is definitely worth a try, and we’ve loved it at past festivals. You can get it for $4.75.
You can also snag the Tangerine Soft Serve for $6. It’s served in a waffle cone, and we’ve loved how fresh it’s tasted in the past, but how does it hold up this year?
It tastes just like tangerines! We also got some hints of vanilla in there as well. While this is delicious and refreshing, be warned that it melts SUPER fast, especially since there’s virtually no shade near Refreshment Outpost.
It’s time to cool off at Refreshment Outpost! First up, this Tangerine Soft-Serve! 🫠🍦 pic.twitter.com/J0bld438XG

If you’re feeling a little extra, the Ice Cream Float made with Tangerine Soft Serve and Cream Soda might be just the thing! It’s available for $6.25, and will definitely be delicious if it contains this ice cream.
It has a subtle flavor that reminds us of Fruity Pebbles… or maybe Blue Milk?
And follow that with an ice-cream float of tangerine soft-serve and cream soda! 🍊🍦 pic.twitter.com/YRKBi5frjD

Lots of fruity dishes over here, but what’s on the menu for drinks?
Drinks
The Tangerine Cream Ale has returned for $11.25. Unfortunately, this drink was not our favorite when we had it last year. The tangerine flavor is very strong, but it was almost too much.
The Lavender Martini is available here as well — it’s made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with lavender and lemon for $11.50. This was available at Refreshment Port at last year’s fest, and we thought it tasted like drinking a salad!
There’s also a Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Grand Cherry Hard Cider for $11.25 and a Southern Tier Brewing Co. Juice Jolt IPA for $11.25.
Overall
Don’t pass Refreshment Outpost by just because it’s always there! If you’re looking for some fresh tasting fruit with a kick, or a fruity float, this might be for you! We definitely recommend this booth to anyone who loves tangerine and of course, ice cream!
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
