Imagine being able to visit a place where there are virtually unlimited quantities of popcorn, endless rides through the sky, and friendly mice ready to greet you at the front door. Good news — such a place exists! Now, imagine being able to visit this magical place whenever you want; talk about a DREAM, right? Well, now that Disney is selling Annual Passes once again, you can escape reality whenever you feel like it!
Disney resumed Annual Pass sales on April 20th, and it was a HECTIC day! The virtual queue to enter the website was HOURS long on the first day of sales, but by day two, things seemed to have calmed down. Now that we’re a few days in, let’s check in on the availability of new Annual Passes!Â
When Disney’s Annual Passes went back on sale, Disney added a warning to its website informing customers that Annual Passes could become unavailable (a.k.a. sell out). Note that this message was posted on the first day that Annual Pass sales resumed on April 20th.
Currently, on April 22nd, the virtual queue to enter the Disney World Annual Pass purchase page is gone. Customers no longer need to wait to enter the website; they are taken directly to the webpage.Â
Additionally, all Annual Passes are still available for purchase at the time of writing this post. Guests that live outside of Florida are only eligible to purchase the Disney Incredi-Pass, which is $1,399.
The Sorcerer, Pirate, and Pixie Dust Passes are available exclusively for Florida residents, and the price varies based on blockout dates and park pass reservation availability.
Of course, availability is subject to change, so if you’re interested in buying an Annual Pass, we don’t recommend you wait much longer. We will continue to monitor the availability of Disney’s Annual Passes, so stay tuned for more updates.

I completely forgot to get in the queue on 4/20 but remembered the next day. Literally no wait to get in to purchase. The only lag time was when I had to choose which pass to purchase and I couldn’t decide which one would work best for me. Other than that, it was smooth sailing, quick and easy to buy my Pirate pass!

Nope. After much debate and number crunching, we still feel like for us, it makes sense to pay as we go for our Disney trips. Much of that is that we also like to take annual trips to the beach and trips to beautiful places in the US. We can’t just limit ourselves to Disney, although it is our happy place!
