Sometimes glitches just happen.
Cosmic Rewind
There are so many amazing rides in Disney World and many of them can have some pretty EPIC wait times, especially if there are any technical difficulties. Over the past few days, we’ve noticed that one ride, in particular, has been experiencing some pain points.
The queue pre-show in the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind ride has been experiencing some technical difficulties over the last few days.

As you enter the first part of the queue, the Galaxarium, you learn about the differences and similarities between the galaxies of Earth (Terra) and Xandar and then you move on to the Xandar Gallery to learn even more about Xandar.

Now, when you get into the Phase Chamber, where you hear from Nova Prime Irani Rael and Nova Prime’s top officer, Centurion Tal Marik, where the tech issues are happening.

As you can see, the walls are up during the pre-show, which they normally wouldn’t be. When we spoke with a Cast Member, they said that the queue pre-show has been on and off for the past few days and that there was no timetable or update as to when the issue would be fixed.

It’s actually been off for two weeks. Sad for those who have never been on it and seeing it for the first time. Then again, we’ve overheard CM’s complaining about how many guests are ignoring their rules about leaning on the walls when you first come in. It’s important to always follow rules at the parks as it could very well be the reason it’s glitching so much. 🤷🏻♀️
