Disney doesn’t hand out many freebies these days, so when we learned about the new Figment magnet coming to EPCOT, we had a feeling it would be a hot seller. (Can a free item be a hot seller? The jury’s still out, but you know what we mean.) After all, we’ve seen Figment merchandise FLY off the shelves in the past (everyone remember the Figment popcorn bucket drama?).

Now, we’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that there’s a NEW Figment item available in Disney World (and it’s FREE), but the bad news is that only select Disney guests are eligible to pick it up. Do you qualify? Let’s talk about it!

A NEW Figment magnet has arrived in Disney World exclusively for Annual Passholders. To pick up this beauty, you’ll want to head to Creations Shop in EPCOT, but be prepared to wait.

On the magnet’s release date, the line was VERY LONG. Guess we’re not the only ones who love Figment! (It may have also contributed to some long lines at the Transportation and Ticket Center earlier.)

The magnet will be available between May 31st and June 30th from 9AM to 9PM each day, while supplies last.

Keep in mind that to visit EPCOT, you will need valid admission (a.k.a. you can’t come in on a day your Annual Pass is blocked out) and you’ll need a Park Pass reservation (unless you are an Annual Passholder planning to visit EPCOT after 2PM).

But again, be prepared to face some crowds. The line to get the magnet snaked around areas near Creations Shop but only ended up actually taking around 10 minutes for us to get through. So don’t let the crowds totally discourage you!

Each Passholder that wants a magnet needs to be present to pick one up so you won’t be able to grab them for your friends.

Come ready to show your Annual Pass card, linked MagicBand, or Disney MagicMobile Pass, along with a government-issued photo ID to get your free magnet.

Disney gave us a little sneak peek of it ahead of the official release date. But now we can see it up close!

The magnet itself is a deep purple color and features a cartoon version of Figment in the center holding a colorful paintbrush.

He’s surrounded by a purple Disney “D” letter and the words “Walt Disney World” and “Annual Passholder.”

There is a limit of just 1 magnet per Passholder, and it’ll only be around while supplies last, so be sure to stop by and get yours ASAP!
