Changes are ALWAYS happening in Disney World.
We see rides close. We see new rides open. We see new snacks appear at dining spots. We also see a LOT of menu changes every single week, so let’s take a look at those changes for this past week. Warning: there are a LOT of price increases ahead!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Scoops
The Brownie Sundae at Hollywood Scoops is now a Mickey Brownie Sundae.
It’s made with a House-made Mickey-shaped Brownie and Old-fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot fudge and Whipped Cream for $7.79.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort
On The Rocks Pool Bar
Some menu items have been removed from On The Rocks. The Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger is no longer available.
Likewise, the Shrimp Tacos are no longer on the menu.

Homecomin’
Homecomin’ was one of the restaurants hit with price increases this week. Starting with brunch, here’s what’s changed:
- Biscuits changed from $9 to $10
- REMOVED: House-made Doughnuts
- Bee Haven Bay Fried Green Tomatoes changed from$16 to $17
- Church Lady Deviled Eggs changed from $13 to $14
- ADDED: Everglazed Doughnuts — Mini glazed doughnuts, baked fresh daily by Everglazed for $10, option to top with pecans and bacon for $2
- REMOVED: Grits and Greens Breakfast Bowl
- Grand-Daddy Plate changed from $24 to $25
- Hush Puppy Benedict changed from $22 to $24
- French Toast changed from $17 to $19
- Key Lime Berry Parfait changed from $17 to $18
- REMOVED: PB&J French Toast
- Fried Chicken & Doughnuts changed from $31 to $32
- Short Rib Hash changed from $24 to $26
- Hallelujah Biscuit changed from $24 to $26
- Fried Egg & Avocado Toast changed from $20 to $22
- ADDED: Southern Poutine — Crispy tater tots smothered in pulled pork and sawmill gravy. Topped with a fried egg and bacon crumble for $22
- ADDED: Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich –A perfectly fried egg atop a maple pork sausage patty, crispy bacon, and country ham. Topped with melted pimento cheese, and tomato bacon jam served on toasted sourdough with choice of side for $20
- Bradley’s Grits changed from $7 to $8
Lunch and Dinner have dessert changes:
- REMOVED: Carrot Cake
- ADDED: Shine Cake— An adults-only butter cake soaked with moonshine syrup and served with a season fruit gastrique and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream for $13
Here’s what changed under Cocktails:
- Tropical Itch changed from $15 to $18
- Britton Peach Tea — changed from $13 to $14
- White Peach Sangria — changed from $14 to $15
- REMOVED: Royal Sangria
- Proud Mary changed from $13 to $14
- Strawberry Lemonade changed from $13 to $15
- ADDED: Espresso Martini — Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, vodka, and cold brew concentrate shaken to a “frothy delight” for $15
- ADDED: Peanut Brittle — Praline liqueur, Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, salted cream, and coffee for $14

Splitsville also saw some price increases and changes this week. Here’s how Appetizers have changed:
- Edamame changed from $9 to $10
- Cone of Fries changed from $10 to $11
- Chicken Tenders changed from $14 to $15
- REMOVED: Grilled Avocado & Ahi Tun
- ADDED: Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls — Hand-rolled and filled with buffalo chicken, cream cheese, celery, and carrots served with scallions and avocado ranch for dipping for $15
Pizza also changed:
- Veggie changed from $18 to $19
- BBQ Chicken changed from $18 to $20
- Pepperoni changed from $18 to $19
- Hawaiian Pizza changed from$ 18 to $20
- Firehouse changed from $18 to $20
- Meat Lovers changed from $19 to $20
Here’s how Sushi is different:
- California Roll and Veggie Roll changed from $13 to $14
- California Crunch changed from $14 to $15
- Spicy Tuna changed from $14 to $16
- Volcano Roll changed from $17 to $18
- Super Tuna changed from $18 to $21
- Fantasy Roll changed from $18 to $22
- Ninja Crunch changed from $16 to $17
- Crouching Dragon changed from $17 to $19
- Golden Spider Roll changed from $20 to $21
- ADDED: Aloha Roll — Kani Kama krab, cucumber, and avocado wrapped in nori and sushi rice and topped with tuna, kiwi, pineapple salsa, garlic chile, and micro cilantro for $21
- ADDED: The Kingpin — A collection of three classic rolls: California, Spicy Tuna, and Volcano for $57
- ADDED: Tropical Delight — A vacation full of signature sushi: Crouching Dragon, Aloha, and Fantasy Rolls for $67
- ADDED: The Rolls Royce — A sharable poke bowl of spicy ahi tuna, avocado, mango, edamame, and seaweed salad accompanied by three deluxe rolls: Super Tuna, Golden Spider, and Yum Yum Rolls for $77
Here’s how salads have changed:
- Ahi Tuna changed from $19 to $22
- Chicken Chopped Salad, Blackened Chicken Caeser, and Southern Goddess Salad changed from $18 to $20
Handhelds have also changed:
- Cheeseburger Deluxe and Turkey Club Supreme changed from $18 to $19
- West Texas Burger changed from $19 to $21
- Buffalo Chicken and Black Jack Chicken changed from $18 to $20
- ADDED: Grilled Portabella Sandwich — Marinated and grilled portabella mushroom, red onion, and peppers topped with balsamic reduction, spring mix, and roasted red pepper sauce on grilled ciabatta for $19
- ADDED: Maui Chicken Sandwich — A hand-breaded, crispy-fried chicken breast, topped with grilled pineapple, teriyaki sauce, Asian slaw, cilantro, and spicy mayo on a King’s Hawaiian Sweet Roll for $22
Even Entrees have changed:
- Chicken Fried Rice changed from $24 to $26
- Fish n’ Chips changed from $22 to $24
- Grilled Salmon with Mango Chutney changed from $28 to $31
- Taco Bowl changed from $24 to $25
- Sweet n’ Spicy Chicken Bowl changed from $24 to $25
Here’s how different Desserts are:
- Ghirardelli Brownie a la Mode changed from $8 to $9
- Super Sundae changed from $8 to $9
All Kid’s meals changed from $8 to $10. Here’s how Kid’s drinks changed:
- REMOVED: Bottled Water and ICEE
- Coca-Cola Soft Drinks changed from $3.99 to $3
- Juice Box changed from $2.5 to $3
- Milk or Chocolate Milk changed from $3.25 to $3
Beverages had these updates:
- Coca-Cola Soft Drinks changed from $3.99 to $4
- REMOVED: ICEE
- REMOVED: Milk or Chocolate Milk
- REMOVED: Juice Box
Cocktails had these changes:
- Piña Colada description changed from “A tropical vacation full of rum, pineapple, and creamy coconut” to “DOLE Pineapple, Coco Lopez, Rumhaven Coconut and Marti Plata Rum blended and topped with a splash of Plantation DoubleAged Dark Rum” and price changed from $13 to $15
- Rumrunner, Strawberry Margarita, Big Wave Dave, Miami Vice, Tiki Punch, and Beach Bum changed from $13 to $15
- Frozen Flight changed from $20 to $21
- Bamboo Flight changed from $22 to $23
- ADDED: Big Kahuna — Pina colada and Big Wave Dave “swirled” with a floater of Appleton Estate 8-Yr-Old Reserve Rum
- REMOVED: Delgado Margarita
- Cadillac Margarita changed from $16 to $18
- ADDED: Mi Casa — Dobel Diamante, house sour, lime, and orange for $15
- ADDED: Guava Lemonade — Stoli Vodka, guava, fresh-squeezed lemon, simple syrup, and a splash of soda water for $15
Draft Beers had updates:
- REMOVED: Miller Lite Draft
- ADDED: Splitsville’s “Lost Lanes” Pilsner for $10
Under Bottles and Cans, this changed:
- REMOVED: Motorworks Pulp Friction Grapefruit IPA
- ADDED: Schofferhofer Hefeweizen Grapefruit Bier for $9
Wines were also updated:
- REMOVED: Sofia Blanc de Blanc
- ADDED: Chandon Brut Sparkling Wine for $13 per glass and $52 per bottle

The changes dont surprise me. Prices continue to increase as the value decreases. Magic, Quality, and Value.

This isn’t sustainable. People with families can not afford this and they still may come only much less and they will not be buying as much as they used to, because they can’t!!!!
