The 2023 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival starts THIS MONTH, and if you’re hoping to reserve your spot at an Eat to the Beat concert, today is a VERY important day for you!

Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Eat to the Beat is a concert series that takes place at the America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase. Some pretty popular musicians will show up to play in 2023, like Boyz II Men, Hoobastank, and Phillip Phillips. You can attend the concerts without paying extra (admission is included in your EPCOT park ticket), but space in the theatre can fill up quickly, especially for those big-name bands. To reserve your spot, you can purchase an Eat to the Beat Dining Package, and reservations for those packages go on sale TODAY.
Eat to the Beat concerts typically take place three times nightly throughout the festival, from July 27th through November 18th. Iconic bands and artists performed Fridays through Mondays, while local bands performed Tuesday through Thursday evenings.

Eat to the Beat
Dining packages entitle guests to lunch or dinner at select EPCOT restaurants and include same-day reserved seating at the Eat to the Beat Concert that evening. You can make reservations NOW either online at Disney’s website or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3378.
Remember that you can only make dining reservations as far out as 60 days before your trip (this restriction applies to dining packages, too), so if you’re planning to visit the festival later in the year (more than 60 days from now), you’ll have to wait and make your dining package reservation a little later. Be sure to mark your calendar for 60 days before your trip so that you remember to book your reservations ASAP.

Dining reservation start times must be at least 2.5 hours prior to the Eat to the Beat show time. Guests dining for breakfast or lunch will have their choice of concert seating for any of the three show times, while guests dining for dinner may have more limited options for which show they will see (depending on the restaurant’s dinner meal period start time). Guests should arrive at the America Gardens Theatre 15 minutes prior to the concert start time, entering through the designated package entrance.
