It’s a great time to be a Frozen fan!

Not only is a NEW Frozen movie on the way, but several international Disney parks are getting Frozen-themed lands! Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s World of Frozen will is set to open later this year. We’ve been getting some sneak peeks at the land recently, and Disney just released ANOTHER look at the project.
Hong Kong Disneyland’s World of Frozen will be the first of THREE Frozen-themed lands in Disney Parks around the world. It will include a restaurant, stores, character meet-and-greets, and several attractions, including a version of Frozen Ever After (similar to the ride in EPCOT) and the first Frozen-themed roller coaster, Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs.

Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Michael E. Moriarty, recently released some NEW behind-the-scenes photos with Imagineers in the World of Frozen, which includes a photo with the whole team in front of the new land, which you can see is coming RIGHT along.

Imagineers also had a chance to admire the work in the new land, which features a ton of details that Frozen fans are sure to enjoy. It all seems so impressive!

We even get a sneak peek at the village of Arendelle and what it looks like. The photos show off just how immersive this land will be. It’s going to be like stepping into the Arendelle we’ve seen in the Frozen movies.

Let’s just say we’re seriously considering booking a trip to Hong Kong for the fall because World of Frozen looks AMAZING.

World of Frozen is set to open in November 2023 — that’s not that far away at all! We’ll keep an eye out for an official opening date and more sneak peeks, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

I’m excited to see the new Frozen land. I hope we can go inside Elsa’s ice palace. That would be so cool (pun intended). I also hope Anna & Elsa will be in their Frozen 1 outfits and hairstyles. I like how they got the Frozen 1 looks for the dolls on the clock tower as well as the ride based off the one in Epcot, so it would make sense to bring the Frozen 1 looks for the meet and greet. I also hope they bring back the Frozen 1 looks for the meet and greet at the Royal Sommerhus at Epcot in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I miss the Frozen 1 looks so much 🙁 I really hope they bring them back
