The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is well underway, and we’ve already sampled a LOT of the food and enjoyed some of the FUN musical entertainment.
But did you know that the festival also has a secret lounge that ANYONE can get access to? Not only that, but you can get complimentary beverages, free henna, and more at this lounge. Well, we’re going to tell you all about it.
The Florida Blue Medicare Lounge has returned to the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival this year. Here, you can register to get access to a nice, cool (and very relaxed) spot that is away from the sun and the crowds. All you have to do is head to the Morocco Pavilion. You’ll find the lounge in the building that was once Restaurant Marrakesh.
You will need to register for the lounge through the My Disney Experience app (just search “Florida Blue”) or by visiting the Florida Blue website, but it’s totally free. You will also need to provide your name, email, phone number, and date of birth, and you must be 18 or older. Only one registration is required for your whole party. Keep in mind that if you decide to register, you are consenting for Florida Blue to use your email and phone number for marketing to you.
When you get to the lounge, show your lounge pass to the Cast Member at the door. It’s open daily from 12PM-6PM. Once inside, you’ll see what is basically an oasis in the middle of EPCOT. You’ve got tons of seating and air conditioning. What more could you want?
Well, you might be a little parched and want something to drink. Don’t worry — you can grab some complimentary beverages here. You can get water…
…Moroccan mint tea, cold brew…
…sparkling water, and a variety of juices.
Yes, it’s all FREE.
Here’s a look at some of the complimentary offerings at the Florida Blue Lounge in EPCOT!

There are also condiments like sugar and honey, in case you like to sweeten your tea.
But that’s not all. If you want to de-stress, you can sit down and get a FREE henna tattoo.
Depending on the time of day that you visit and availability, you may also be able to get a wristband for seating at the Eat to the Beat concert series at the American Adventure Pavilion. According to a Cast Member, guests with a special wristband from the lounge must head to the brick building by the America Gardens Theater about 15 minutes before the concert to be led to their seats. Be sure to check with a Cast Member inside the lounge for more details!
So, if you find yourself in EPCOT feeling stressed and overheated, make your way over to Morocco for a little self-care time. It’s a nice way to take a break at Disney World without having to leave the park. The Florida Blue Medicare Lounge is open daily from September 1st through November 18th from 12-6PM.
Stay tuned to DFB for more.

If we have grandkids with us can they go into the lounge with us or do you have to be 18 to enter the lounge? Was not sure if that was to register or to go in?

Thank you for this information. Used to be a DVC member and sit in the Figment area. Stopped DVC so that’s out and this is an amazing alternative 🙌

Do you have anymore information about the wristband for the concerts? I’m coming to celebrate for my 34 birthday on the 29th with my friends and I have found your blog sooo useful. We picked that day because of the act! Any help with getting to see Boys 2 Men would be so appreciated.

Bring back the restaurant already, so sad. But at least they are using it with some notes on its location by implementing the Moroccan mint tea etc.
