While this sweet, unique treat is usually available all year round at Jolly Holiday Bakery in Disneyland, it’s debuting this week at Edelweiss Snacks for Limited Time Magic!
The Matterhorn Macaroon first made its appearance at Blue Ribbon Bakery way back when, and has delighted coconut-loving Disney guests ever since!
Basically a HUGE, moist coconut macaroon, this treat is topped with melted white chocolate and sugary “snow” to represent the iconic Disneyland Matterhorn attraction. Read our Matterhorn Macaroon review here!
From July 8-14th, guests will be able to find the unique dessert at Edelweiss snacks — along with the barbecue pork shank, of course!
Don’t forget to swing by for a set from Happy Hans and his son Erik while you’re there! They’re limited time, too!
Be sure to let us know what you think! And don’t forget — if you can’t stop by Disneyland this week, you’ll usually find the Matterhorn Macaroon at Jolly Holiday Bakery year round.
Have you tried the Matterhorn Macaroon, or any of the other goodies at Edelweiss Snacks? Let us know in the comments below.

Oh my gosh, that looks so yummy. I really should win a lottery and get out to the Pacific Coast some day.

It was the cheapest thing I could buy under $3.. When I took the first bite, I was thinking this cookies gonna be hard, dry and crazy sweet. But to my delight it was moist and just perfect. I regret not buying another one.
