Disney just announced the opening date of a NEW hotel restaurant, Great Maple.

This new spot is opening at the Pixar Place Hotel, which is the re-themed version of the Paradise Pier Hotel in Disneyland. Now, we’ve got a look at the FULL MENU for the new table-service restaurant!

Great Maple — which has a few other locations in California already — will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will provide easy access for overnight guests, locals, and theme park visitors. It opens for walk-ins on November 15th, and reservations are available starting November 21st.

Signature dishes will include Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Maple Bacon Doughnuts, Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and the Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs. Plus, you’ll be able to indulge in the full bar which will serve wine, beer, and cocktails.

Let’s look at the full menu, which is the same for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (Brunch options are showing up on the Dinner menu as well, so we’re hoping that brunch is an all-day affair at this spot.)

First up, there are several shareable plates, like Portobello Mushroom Fries and Mac & Cheese. There are also five salads on the menu.

Brunch seems to be their specialty — there are several Brunch Favorites, such as the Cajun Shrimp Biscuit Benedict and the Pancake “Pops.”

Main dishes include steak, pasta, a grilled chicken bowl, salmon, and more.

There are a few sandwiches and burgers, along with a Falafel Wrap. And you can’t forget about the sweets! The Famous Maple Bacon Donuts sound particularly tasty.

There are plenty of drinks and cocktails on the menu, too. You can order by the bottle…

…red wine, draft beer…

…sparkling wine, white wine, rosé…

…and cocktails.

There are also hot drinks, like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Finally, there are free spirits, which has a variety of other drinks on the menu.
