As we said, today, July 12th the fourth Descendants movie, Descendants: The Rise of Red, was just released on Disney+. (If you don’t have a Disney+ subscription, you might want to start one now!)
As a quick recap: the story follows former Villain Kid Uma, who is now headmaster of Auradon Prep. Uma extends an invitation to the school to another Villain Kid named “Red,” who is the daughter of the Queen of Hearts from Wonderland. She definitely has a love for painting things red.
Disney also shared that, “After the Queen of Hearts incites a coup against Auradon, Red must team up with Cinderella’s perfectionist daughter Chloe and travel back in time to try to undo the traumatic event that set Red’s mother down her villainous path.”
