I’m not sure if my current favorite counts in light of the theme of the article, but it’s Deadpool and Wolverine. One of my all-time favorites is Lilo & Stitch. Thanks for the first look. Not sure what to think about that. My off the cuff reaction is that Stitch should look fluffier. And the colors of the animated movie were so vibrant. Maybe it’s just the atmos of the particular scene, but the colors look dull to the point of being uninspiring. We’ve had a theory that for whatever reason, Disney has been trying to disenchant Stitch fans for a long time. It’s hard to believe that they’d actually go to the length of making a deliberately bad movie in order to do that, but it doesn’t sound as crazy as it used to, given many recent Disney decisions. I wonder how they’re going to make up for the revenue that they get from Stitch merch now if they really do manage to chase off the Stitch fandom.

Confirms that the Disney of now is only capable of making remakes successful. No original idea of is worth watching, and the remakes themselves are just beating a dead horse. I miss when Disney and Pixar made iconic stories, characters, and worlds.
