Southwest Airlines Is Offering MASSIVE Deals on Flights If You Act FAST

Winter travel may be in your future.

As the holiday travel season nears, iconic budget airline Southwest Airlines is offering a brand-new holiday deal, with flights into December as LOW as $69!

Southwest’s Winter Travel Sale began on November 12th, and deals are available through the 14th. Flights are available for as low as $69, or 4,600 Southwest Rapid Rewards points.

As is typically the case, with these types of sales, there are some restrictions including:

21-day advance purchase required.
Purchase from November 12 through November 14th, 2024 11:59PM Pacific Time.
Continental U.S. travel valid December 3rd, 2024 through March 5th, 2025.
San Juan, Puerto Rico and international travel valid December 3rd, 2024 through May 22nd, 2025.
Travel continental U.S. to international and San Juan, Puerto Rico blacked out December 18th through December 28th, 2024, February 13th through February 16th, 2025, and March 17th through April 19th, 2025
Travel continental U.S. from international and San Juan, Puerto Rico blacked out December 28th, 2024 through January 6th, 2025, February 21 through February 23rd, 2025, and March 14th through April 27th, 2025
Hawaii and Orange County (SNA) travel not valid. Except as otherwise specified, continental U.S. travel is valid Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Travel continental U.S. to international is valid Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Travel continental U.S. from international is valid Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Travel to/from San Juan, Puerto Rico is valid Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Fares valid on nonstop service where indicated; if not indicated, fares are valid on single connecting service.

The deal caps off what’s been an interesting year for Southwest, as the airline announced that it will be changing its longtime boarding process. Instead of the “open seating” policy that the company has used for decades, Southwest will be turning to the same type of assigned seating process that the rest of the industry has used for years. The decision has led to a split reaction from longtime flyers.
