The busiest travel season of the year is among us, and even if you’re not traveling now, there are still lots of months to fly to and from your destinations in 2025!
There are a lot of changes coming for Southwest in particular in the new year, most notably that they’re doing away with their open seating policy and their boarding process will be changing. However, there are also more nonstop routes being added to their lineup almost every month, and they’ve just added another one that will be a huge help to many travelers!
Southwest has just added a new nonstop route between Ronald Reagan Washington International Airport (DCA) and Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)! Travelers can begin traveling on this route on February 13th, with daily service beginning on March 6th.
It’ll fly on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from February 13th to March 5th, departing LAS at 8:30AM and arriving DCA at 3:55PM, then departing DCA at 4:35PM and arriving at LAS at 7:05PM.
However, the service will become daily starting on March 6th, arriving and departing at similar times listed above every day. Weekends may have slight variations though, so keep that in mind if you’re planning travel!
