NOTE: While we will not be sharing details when it comes to stories and big surprises that may take place when you are visiting the Galactic Starcruiser, we will be sharing photos and details from inside the hotel. Please proceed with caution if you are looking for a 100% spoiler-free experience.
You’ve heard the words mentioned — maybe just a rumbling in the distance — *whispers* the Star Wars Hotel. You’ve heard about the undeniably HIGH prices for this experience, and how it’ll have blue shrimp and Star Wars characters and all kinds of other stuff. You’ve heard about these things and maybe even seen the concept art. But what is it REALLY like? What food is available? What does lightsaber training actually look like? Well, friends, you’re in the right place.
If you’re thinking about traveling to a galaxy far, far away but you’re not sure if the brand-new Star Wars hotel in Disney World is right for you, we’ve got you covered. We’ve put together the ULTIMATE guide to Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser with all kinds of details and answers to YOUR questions about the one-of-a-kind 2-night experience “where you’ll see, feel and live Star Wars in a whole new way.”
One of the most popular add-ons to a Disney World vacation is PhotoPass. This one-time purchase of $169 via Memory Maker (prior to arrival, or $199 in the parks after you arrive) gives you access to all of the digital downloads of pictures taken of you and the family while in Disney World, whether it’s an on-ride photo or a picture taken by one of Disney’s PhotoPass Cast Members.
There are some big changes coming with PhotoPass, however. Keep in mind that PhotoPass is NOT included with the new Genie+ service (instead, users get special augmented reality lenses to use while snapping pictures on your phone), nor does it come with Disney World’s new Annual Pass system — Annual Passholders who want PhotoPass on their next vacation, will have to purchase it separately for $99 per year, per pass.
Loungefly is known for releasing exclusive and limited collections of bags, backpacks, purses, and wallets. Some releases feature princesses or classic characters. We have even seen Marvel villains get a whole collection!
But it can be nearly impossible to snag some of the exclusive items. And one of the newest exclusive bags featuring Moana was no different! But now you’ve got a second chance! [Read more…]
Many people (like us) will tell you that eating delicious food is one of the best parts of Disney World, and with so many restaurants to visit, you might not have gotten the chance to try it all! Or maybe you are just feeling a little nostalgic and wanting to cook up a Disney-inspired recipe at home!
Well, we’ve got you covered! Disney is helping us make a dish straight from a popular Disney World restaurant, right in our own kitchens, with a recipe from Sanaa in honor of the Cooking with Soul campaign for Black History Month. Check it out!
We love to see how Disney celebrates Valentine’s Day at the parks and resorts each year! We have seen fun Valentine’s Day foods at Disneyland, new Valentine’s Day Minnie ears, and even special Disney-themed Valentine’s Day roses.
And we know that sharing this holiday with someone can make it more special. But how about a fun and feisty twist on how to share the love this Valentine’s Day?
There are some things in life that are truly too good to resist. For us, desserts may happen to be just one of them! Thankfully, Disneyland Paris has released one of their recipes for us to enjoy at home in a series called Totalement Toques.
Although we may not be experts on making desserts, anyone can cook! Right?!
Hollywood & Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is known for many things: American cuisine, fun theming, but most of all, it’s known for fun character meals! Whether it’s the Disney Junior Play ‘n’ Dine Breakfast or one of Minnie’s Seasonal Dines, you’re in for a treat when you stop by Hollywood & Vine.
Speaking of Minnie’s Seasonal Dine, we’ve got dates for the first three events of the year at Hollywood & Vine!
One of the best parts about the holiday season is getting together with family and friends. D23 has got your next gathering all taken care of with their latest appetizer recipe for Kwanzaa.
This sweet potato appetizer can be customized to your taste buds depending on what flavors you like! There are two options here: sweet or savory. Plus, we can get behind anything that comes in the shape of our favorite mouse!
The holidays are officially here, folks, now that the after-hours parties are in full swing in the Disney Parks! And, we’re taking you with us to experience the very first Disney Merriest Nites (like…EVER) in Disneyland!
There are plenty of eats, merchandise, entertainment, and more taking place around the park for fans to enjoy. Of course, we’re giving you a look at them ALL! So, what are you waiting for? Let’s get ready to jingle into Christmas time in Disneyland together!
