Parade Time!
Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disneyland Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure starts tonight! At this exclusive after-hours event, you can watch bash-exclusive entertainment, trick or treat with rare characters, explore the Villains Grove maze, and even dress up in costumes. It’s a popular event that sold out FAST, and we’re attending the first night of the party to tell you all about it. Come see what the crowds look like!

Well, at least in our hearts it has. It’s still 95° in the parks most days, but Disney has started to roll out the fall decor and flavors, and we are soaking it all in. Halloween decor has arrived in Magic Kingdom, pumpkin-spiced coffees have returned, and delicious autumn desserts have popped up around the resorts. But if you’re a cupcake fan, you’re going to want to see the lineup coming to Disney Springs this month!
Disney has been releasing a ton of new eats lately, and we have been on a mission to try them all.
EPCOT
From pumpkin-shaped Halloween treats to a peanut butter milkshake you just can’t miss, we have tried a few winners throughout the parks recently. One little gem in EPCOT often puts out some of our favorite snacks — but if you’re not careful you could walk right past them! Sunshine Seasons has a bakery case with some delicious options, and the menu rotates occasionally, so you might not know something is there unless you go take a look. Recently, we found a new dessert at this spot that hasn’t even been added to the menu yet — come see how it went!
Disney World is constantly changing, which means there is often a new or updated snack, attraction, or experience in the works at any given time.
EPCOT
As fun as these experiences can be, a lot of these changes aren’t for everyone. Whether guests prefer a ride that existed before its replacement (like The Great Movie Ride turning into Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway) or just think something could have been done better, Disney’s decisions aren’t always popular. In EPCOT, the new Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana attraction has yet to officially open, but it’s already a bit controversial.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom has some of the best food options across Disney World.

Tusker House Restaurant? One of our favorite character meals. Flame Tree Barbecue? Don’t get us started on the amazing Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Pulled Pork. We also really love Yak & Yeti Restaurant — a fun table-service restaurant with a fusion of Asian cuisine. But how does the nearby quick-service spot add up? Yak & Yeti Local Foods Cafe serves up some Asian-inspired cuisine at the window next door, and we stopped by for lunch recently to check it out. Follow along for our full review!
