Right now, Queen Elizabeth II is celebrating her Platinum Jubilee — this means that she’s been on the throne for 70 years (!!), making her only the second queen to EVER be on the throne this long. A pretty big deal, right? Well, you can mark the occasion in EPCOT’s U.K. Pavilion for only TWO days (June 4th and 5th) with a new treat and, of course, we had to stop by to give it a try!

Details on Gay Days in Disney World This Year

It’s officially Pride Month and Disney is celebrating with merchandise (with 100% of profits being donated, but we’ll discuss that in a bit) and limited time treats.

Rainbow Crunch Cake is back!

We’ve seen Pride merchandise pop up around Disney World, as well as special food offerings arrive in Disney Springs. And we’re about to see those iconic red shirts return to the parks soon, as Gay Days is returning to Disney World.

And speaking of the 50th Anniversary, we noticed that the Cheshire Café in Magic Kingdom has a new celebratory drink! Of course, we gave it a try, and it brought us back to our childhood…but not in the way you’d think.

Okay, maybe that’s not your answer, but you can’t deny that the platform has been wildly successful since it launched in 2019! Disney+ has been releasing (and announcing) countless original series based on franchises like Marvel and Star Wars, which may be the reason why the platform’s subscriber count has increased by 33% within the past year. Loki, Moon Knight, The Mandalorian, WandaVision — the success of these shows is worth celebrating…which is exactly why we’re excited to see Disney+ Day return!

Of course, we’re still on a high from the launch of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT. But that’s not the only exciting thing going on in Disney World! There’s also the 50th Anniversary celebration, which has the parks packed with special treats, merchandise, and decorations.
