Another week has passed by in Disney World and this one was filled with holiday news!

That’s right, it may only be mid-October but Disney World is already looking toward the holiday season! Let’s go over the most unexpected news of the week.
There’s a lot of fun PhotoPass opportunities around Disney World.
Zoomed Out Super Zoom Shot
Disney PhotoPass also takes special “Magic Shots” that usually add in a character or prop for a special photo. There are 50th anniversary Magic Shots, Tiny World Magic Shots, and even Super Zoom shots that let you get a Birdseye view of a Disney Park. There’s a new one in Magic Kingdom so let’s check it out!
Yehaa Bob Jackson is a musician who had been performing at Disney’s Port Orleans — Riverside for 23 years before the Disney World closure in 2020.

After Disney World reopened in July 2020, Yehaa Bob was not invited back to perform. But, he announced not long ago that he would return to Port Orleans as of the reopening on October 14th. That’s today! We visited to see his performance, which looks a little different now, and here’s why.

Today Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside reopened, so we made our way over there to check it out.

Port Orleans Resort — Riverside is a moderate resort located on the Sassagoula River. Although most of the dining options at Riverside have reopened with the resort today, one key dining spot is not set to return for a few more months.
In case you missed it, the new holiday party coming to Disney World in 2021 is called the Very Merriest After Hours party.

Disney Parks Wishables are one particularly popular Disney collectible, and these collections tend to sell out FAST. We’ve seen Tiki Room Wishables, The Incredibles Wishables, and even Cars Wishables. Some Wishables are sold individually while others are sold in mystery bags, which is part of the fun.
