The Galactic Starcruiser was the immersive Star Wars Hotel that could be found at Disney World. This was a great experience for those who wanted to be in the world of Star Wars. It was a very ambitious project for Disney, and it helped create a lot of memories for those who got to have this experience while it was open. That meant that we’ve been seeing some longer wait times, Lightning Lanes selling out… FAST, and prices for add-on’s going up (we’re looking at you, Genie+). Wait times have not been letting up at Disney World this week!

However, it might not be in the way you’re thinking. This week, the average wait times have remained fairly…consistent. Still long, but a lot of wait times only had changed by a few minutes. Of course, we still have some that jumped up a good amount — like a handful of the major E-ticket attractions. We’ve been seeing a lot of changes happening around Disney World in the past few years, and that won’t be changing anytime soon. In late 2023, Disney announced a TON of changes that will be coming to Disney Parks around the world. There has been a lot of talk about the reimagining of Dinoland, USA, as well as an expansion at Magic Kingdom to name a few of the changes we should be expecting to see within the coming years. Even though we didn’t get any updates about Tiana’s Bayou Adventure during the recent shareholder meeting, that doesn’t mean that we aren’t getting closer to the ride opening! We’ve been watching this ride like a hawk for any changes or construction updates — and we just found something BIG. We’ve been getting more and more sneak peeks at concept art, the critters we’ll meet throughout this adventure, and even the ride poster. We are getting SO close we feel like we can almost taste it, and what we found gives us hope that the ride opening is closer than we think.
