Whether we’re on the East or West Coast, we love that we can visit Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. There’s so much unique merchandise and one-of-a-kind experiences that really immerse you into the galaxy far, far away. Disney World’s property spans 27,000 acres (20 square miles) making it the largest theme park in the world. And while it may seem that every hotel around the parks is either a Disney Hotel or a Good Neighbor hotel, there are nearby hotels that are not affiliated with Disney at all!

We don’t know about you, but when we think about how much one Disney hotel would cost to BUY as a whole, we get a little scared (especially looking at how much it costs to just rent a room for a few days — we’re looking at you Grand Floridian.) A few resorts around the area have sold for upwards of $100 million. And now another resort near the Disney World parks just sold for an LARGE amount of money!
Did you know that April 28th marks Halloween being only 6 months away? Disney is celebrating today’s Halfway to Halloween event in so many ways! We’ve seen special events happen outside of the parks, special snacks inside the parks, and TONS of Halloween news is being revealed!

But how are the Disney parks around the world celebrating? Disneyland Paris and Tokyo Disneyland Park had their first annual Halloween celebrations last year since the COVID-19 Pandemic began, and we’ve been hoping they’d make a comeback this year too. We’re thrilled that Disney has just announced some very exciting news!

Disney often will come out with new PhotoPass offerings to celebrate holidays, special events, and EPCOT festivals. To celebrate being almost Halfway to Halloween, Disney World just released 2 New PhotoPass offerings in two of the parks!

The resort recently celebrated its 800 millionth (!!) guest, opened up a brand new immersive Toy Story Hotel, and even debuted a new Beauty and the Beast ride a few years ago. But, the changes aren’t done yet — now Tokyo Disneyland is gearing up to refurbish an iconic Disney attraction and land that’s been around since the park first opened!
The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser (also known as the Star Wars hotel) is Disney World’s newest Star Wars offering, and it feels like there are never enough ways to experience everything it has to offer! We brought you all the deets from the opening of this highly anticipated hotel, and now there’s something new to share.

There are so many activities to do onboard the Starcruiser, including cultivating your own personal storyline, a seat at the Captain’s Table, and even playing a game of holo-Sabacc, among MANY other unique options. Now the newest offering on the Galactic Starcruiser might let you immerse yourself even further into your space adventure!

Even though it’s only April, we can’t help but look forward to October — and we’re already thinking about which Disney character we’ll dress up as for Halloween. But tomorrow, April 27th, we can celebrate being Halfway to Halloween with Disney in a very special way!
We’ve seen lots of great recipes come out of the Disney Parks that we can make at home, like Disneyland’s PB&J Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Mickey Macarons, and Enchanted Rose Pastries, just to name a few!
