Among the collection of new 2021 merch and the Lunar New Year designs, we’ve noticed a bunch of fun, yellow merch, too! And today, we spotted another new addition to the cheery collection!

Gideon’s Bakehouse, the newest spot in Disney Springs, has FINALLY opened!

Gideon’s Bakehouse shared that it would have a soft opening beginning on December 23rd. We’ve been (im)patiently awaiting this opening for a while now, and we are so thrilled to finally get our hands on these cookies!! One of the things we’ve been most looking forward to following the opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse is its Hot Cookie Hour. Sound intriguing? We thought so, too!
We’ve been showing off our excitement for the new year by eating our way through all the specialty snacks in Disney World.

EPCOT Fountain
We got a look at the brand-new, just revealed EPCOT fountain AND we FINALLY got our hands on those mega-delicious (and mega LARGE) cookies from the just-opened Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs! Those weren’t the only changes we noticed this week and we’re here to tell you about ALL of them!
Disney is known for creating some state-of-the-art, seriously impressive animatronics for its attractions over the last few years. The Shaman of Song that serenades riders in Na’vi River Journey and Hondo Ohnaka that greets future pilots, engineers, and gunners on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run are both shockingly realistic.

However, not all animatronics are created equal. Sometimes, they’re just downright creepy. Plus, they can even have bad days, just like the rest of us. The Yeti of the Forbidden Mountain on Expedition Everest has been riding the struggle bus for years, and even Elsa had a rough patch a few months ago. Well, today, we’re talking about some of the strangest and scariest animatronics created by Disney, and even taking a look at some of their mishaps!
Each land in Magic Kingdom has something special to offer.

We love the futuristic feel of Tomorrowland, Adventureland gives us our Dole Whip fix, and Fantasyland just screams “classic” Disney. Liberty Square is home to our favorite happy haunts and delicious Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake from Liberty Tree Tavern, and we love plummeting down Splash Mountain in Frontierland. Plus, Main Street just makes us feel like we’re at home. It’s hard to imagine Magic Kingdom without each of these iconic lands…but we asked you to do just that!
We’ve been keeping up with a handful of monthly Disney collections this year, including the Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction collection and D23’s “Year of the Mouse” plush collection.
