A lot will be happening around Disney World on October 1st! Magic Kingdom will be getting special celebrations for the 50th Anniversary and over at EPCOT, Harmonious, La Creperie de Paris, and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will open. What’s the longest day you’ve ever had at Disney World?
We’ve spent quite a few hours in Disney World.
We’ve had some very tiring ones — festival opening days are particularly busy here at DFB, as well as any day that a new ride or land opens in the parks. And we’ve done the rope drop to park close thing more times than we can count! But, if you’re looking for a truly LONG day at Disney World…like the longest you can ACTUALLY pull off being in the parks right now…we’ve got a new challenge for you!

At this time, government officials are encouraging everyone to get vaccinated and recommending mask-wearing indoors once again. Now, it seems that these updated mask rules will affect Central Florida theme parks soon.

Yachtsman Steakhouse
Columbia Harbour House, Pizzafari, Toledo, and Yachtsman Steakhouse are all reopening the first week of August and we’re excited to visit them once again and share our thoughts. And now, we know what the menus are going to look like at two of those spots!

At first, not very many restaurants were open, causing Mobile Order wait times to rise and windows to get backed up. Then, we had issues finding places to eat later in the evening, because several spots closed before the park did. But as more restaurants reopen, it helps to alleviate those problems, and now it looks like one of our favorites could come back soon!
