With 2021 just around the corner, we’re gearing up to visit EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts, try out the modified Park Hopping, and see what’s going on with MagicBands. However, since we’re a food blog, one of the things we’re most excited to check out is all the holiday snacks! Today, we stopped by Animal Kingdom to pick up the New Year’s Eve Cupcake!
This week, we say goodbye to EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays, but it won’t be too long until we welcome back the International Festival of the Arts!

The festival begins on January 8th, 2021 and will run until February 22nd, 2021. There will be several delicious food studios with artistic eats, as well as some amazing entertainment options. In addition to these, there will be TONS of beautiful pieces of artwork available for purchase, and today we got the chance to see some of them ahead of time!

We’re always on the prowl for the latest Disney items to share with you guys (and to buy for ourselves), and we’ve found some pretty great stuff recently. We’ve spotted new Minnie ears, new spirit jerseys, and several special Disney pins, and that’s just in Disney World! Online, there’s a constant barrage of new merchandise, and now we’ve found a great sale on Disney products at HotTopic!

Over the past few months, we spotted cupcakes for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and way too many to count for Christmas (including one with a cool hidden Mickey)! But, if you’ve been around a while, you know that Disney cupcakes are kinda our “thing,” so we don’t typically complain when we get to try one. Today we stopped by the BoardWalk Bakery to try their New Year’s cupcake, and we have a few things to say about it!
Just because the holiday season is wrapping up, that doesn’t mean that we have to stop shopping!
2021 Merchandise
In fact, we’ve recently been checking out the new 2021 merchandise, and we’ll be looking forward to the new items that come out next year for the upcoming attractions, like the TRON coaster and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. But, you don’t have to wait until then to do your shopping, because TONS of new Disney products arrived online last week, and we’ve got the complete list for you!
Of all the changes at Disney World this year, the one that we’ve loved the most might be the character cavalcades!
Mickey at EPCOT
Seeing Mickey and friends riding through the World Showcase or spotting our favorite princesses headed down Magic Kingdom’s parade route really helps us to feel the magic in the parks. We especially enjoy watching the unique holiday cavalcades around the parks, and post-Christmas, one of them got a switch-up!
There’s a reason that EPCOT is often known as a foodie park…because there are SO MANY delicious food options!
Spaceship Earth
Whether you’re heading to the American Adventure to get some barbecue, over to France for some yummy pastries, or stopping by Japan for some fun snacks in the Mitsukoshi store, there are snacks for every taste in the World Showcase. Now, another snack option has returned to EPCOT for a limited time, and it’s a big one for pizza fans!

With the Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction Collection, LOADS of Star Wars and Baby Yoda merchandise, and what seems like 1000 new pairs of Minnie ears, there’s definitely been no shortage of products for Disney fans. Now, as the year wraps up, the latest items to check out are in Disney’s Reigning Cats and Dogs Collection. This collection is made for Disney fans who love their pets, and now it’s arrived online for everyone to shop!
2020 has been the year of 1 million Minnie ears, and it seems like 2021 is going to continue that trend!

Just recently, we’ve seen Cornflower Blue, Champagne, 2021, and fireworks-themed Minnie ears, not to mention the dozens of other pairs we’ve shopped in the Disney parks and online throughout the rest of this year.
