We’re in the full swing of Halloween season at Disney World!
Pumpkin Mickey!
We’ve already been to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Magic Kingdom is decked out in pumpkins and leaves. We’ve seen quite a few Halloween merchandise collections, and already tried several spooky treats. But there’s more to eat! Disney just released the full list of snacks coming to the hotels and other theme parks for the fall season, and we’re ready to dig in!
There are quite a few reasons to head to Disney World in 2024!
Magic Kingdom
Several hotels will be getting updates (like Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and the Polynesian Village Resort), new attractions will be available (like Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure), and the parks will just be different (like how World Celebration is going to be fully open and Disney’s planning to change Genie+). But if you’re heading on vacation next year, there’s a NEW discount you need to know about!
If you’ve been following along with the announcements Disney made at Destination D23 in early September, then you know that the company has a lot planned for its parks.

With updates to Dinoland, USA and an expansion to Magic Kingdom planned for the future, plus changes to several attractions, we know that Disney will probably be spending the big bucks on theme parks in the coming years. But just HOW much will they spend? We’ve got the answer.

And recently, when we stopped by one of the Starbucks locations in Disney Springs, we encountered a fun surprise!

Annual Pass
Annual Passholders get discounts on Disney World merchandise and can often save a little at sit-down restaurants. Occasionally, Passholders also get early previews to new rides or attractions coming to the parks. But if you’re interested in some Passholder merchandise…we’ve got good news!

The shopping and dining complex has enough offerings to keep you busy for a whole day if necessary, and it’s home to some of the best restaurants on property. The holiday season comes RIGHT after Halloween in Disney World, and this year, there will be not one, but TWO special events taking place. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is returning, but Hollywood Studios is also introducing an all-new event called Jollywood Nights. And today, Disney shared more details about the entertainment at this new party!
It’s Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month, and Disney World is celebrating in a BIG way!
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Mirabel!
First of all, a brand-new Mirabel from Encanto meet-and-greet opened up at Magic Kingdom in Fairytale Garden, and Bruno from the same film is joining the Adventure Friends Cavalcade. On top of the new characters, Disney has introduced quite a few special snacks in the parks — and we’re trying some of them out!
2023 is a BIG year for EPCOT!

The park just brought back the Figment character meet, but there’s more on the horizon! Later this year, Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana and World Celebration will fully open. On top of that, the park will be hosting the Disney100 celebrations at Disney World. There’s a lot of excitement! But now, we’ve got one more announcement to add to that list.
