We’ve been stuck on property during a hurricane, we’ve been there for some of the most crowded days in history, and we’ve had our fair share of unfortunate mishaps — from ride closures to unexpected sickness. But recently, we got to add another experience to our list when a member of our team was evacuated from an iconic EPCOT ride.
Disney World has declared June the month of Annual Passholder appreciation — dubbing it V.I.Passholder Days.

Because of these celebrations, we’ve seen special snacks, a new Annual Passholder lounge, a new complimentary Passholder magnet, and increased discounts on merchandise and food. But now, Disney World is offering a BONUS perk!
There are quite a few snacks that we would consider to be Disney “classics.”
A Disney churro!
Popcorn, Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars, and yes, even turkey legs are a significant part of the Disney snack scene. But one of the standout sweets is a Disney churro, and soon, the parks (especially at Disneyland Resort) are celebrating National Churro Day with some new additions!

HOLD UP. Before you get mad at us, we’re totally including ourselves in this category as well! From the words and phrases we use to the way we behave in the parks, sometimes we’re an unusual breed of fans. And today, we’re opening up and admitting to the cringeworthy things that we totally do in Disney World!
When it comes to Disney home decor, we know that there are some strong opinions.

While some Disney fans may be okay with having popcorn buckets on display and walls full of Minnie ears, others want to be a little more discreet with their nods to the mouse. And that’s totally okay! There are plenty of ways to decorate low-key with Disney decor, and one of the best is with a Disney-inspired rug.
As you may already know, Disney World has announced that they’ll be closing the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel later this year.

The experience opened in March 2022, and it was truly one-of-a-kind. Similar to a cruise, you stay “onboard” the Halcyon Starcruiser for two days while you live out a Star Wars story and participate in activities, watch entertainment offerings, and have all your meals in the dining room. But the experience didn’t perform as well as Disney hoped, and now it’s set to close. Bookings reopened for the final voyages today, and if you’re trying to plan one last trip, we have some bad news.
